AROMATHERAPY

Scents trigger a chemical reaction in our brain. The smell of cookies makes our mouths salivate and our stomachs growl. We can use the smell of herbs, flowers, roots and all kinds of natural scents to trigger an emotional response in the brain immediately. Feeling stressed? Smell some Lavender. Feeling tired? Smell some Peppermint. Feeling insecure? Smell some Grapefruit.
When Aromatherapy is placed on pressure points on the body the skin and bloodstream absorb the oils so we can immediately feel relief. There is also many benefits to applying essential oils topically on the skin as a moisturizer in carrier oils. They can be used in bath soaks, sprays, candles, and many other blends.

Crystal Elixirs
Crystals radiate a certain frequency and essential oils also radiate a certain energy, so combining them in an intentional way together you are amplifying the healing properties of both. You can have your cake and eat it too!
