Find Your Center is a place to go and disconnect, so that you can reconnect with your true inner self. Our mission at Find Your Center is to teach people tools to more fully experience the beauty of this life by managing stress, incorporating mindfulness, and balancing the body, mind and soul. Whether you are taking a yoga class, getting a Reiki session or shopping for aromatherapy and crystals, Find Your Center is your home away from home.
